1. Preparation and Direction: the move will begin well before we arrive on site, making sure there is no detail left unchartered. We are here to help you with every step of your office move.
 
2. Protection and Packing: we will prep and protect your office and equipment with the upmost care and detail. This includes laying down our mats to protect your floors and safeguarding all walls and corners.
 
We always include in our hourly rate packing and protection of the following items at no additional cost as a part of our commitment to you to ensure a flawless and safe move:
  • Televisions – Dismounted and wrapped in a TV box.  
  • Art, paintings and mirrors – Wrapped in protective material and packed in cardboard box or picture box.
  • Stand alone lighting – Shade removed and protected, lamp wrapped in protective material and packed in speciality lamp box.
  • Couches, chairs and ottomans – Fully wrapped in moving blankets and taped.
  • Desks – Wrapped in protective blankets and taped with cardboard crating and protection for any glass. Disassembly of desks are included.
  • Cabinets and shelving – Wrapped in protective blankets and taped with cardboard crating and protection for any glass. Disassembly of armoires, cabinets and shelving is included.

Packing Services
Need extra help with boxing up your smaller and valuable items? No problem. We will pack it all up, safe, snug, and ready to go, or handle just the items you ask us to.
 
We can help with as little or as much as you like. If you require additional packing materials and boxes, we will provide this too, making it hassle free.
 
Pick Your Packing Package
We offer both full and partial-packing services. So, whether you’re looking for us to pack the entire office top to bottom or you’d rather personally handle some pieces yourself, we have options available for you.
 
Full packing includes us taking care of everything in your office and partial packing includes things like office supplies, kitchen items, or valuable items you would like us to protect and pack.
