Get Moving, the Eco-Friendly Way

I used them for a USA to Canada move. They were super knowledgeable about the customs process and made everything very easy. While in transit, I got numerous phone call updates, and my belongings were delivered on-time and in excellent condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you're moving from the US to Canada, these are the people you want. We moved a 3-bedroom house from Rensselaer NY up to Aurora, Ontario in August. The border was the part that worried us most and honestly it ended up being the easiest part of the whole thing. Andrew, our project manager, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process including customs, and he coached us through all the paperwork. He always picked up the phone too, and was very communicative the whole way through the move. We needed it to go smoothly and it did. They gave us a binding estimate - meaning the price is locked in and they can't add to it at the end. And they didn't — we paid exactly what they quoted. Scheduling was perfect. They arrived exactly on time to load us up, again at the border rendezvous, and again to unload on the final day. They did have a mechanical problem with the truck at one point, but they got it sorted with urgency, so it never disrupted the schedule. Nothing was damaged. You hear horror stories about movers and we just don't have one. The guys who helped us were polite, careful with our stuff and extremely hard workers. Would use them again, and/or recommend to anyone!

Worked with Orange Truck for our Traverse City, Michigan, to Toronto, Canada move. The two team members who helped us were professional and packed everything carefully. No items were broken in the move. They also worked hard for a next-day delivery, after driving many hours across the border to our new home. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the added charge for additional boxes; some of the items we left out for them to pack were fragile, and their estimate stated that this was included in the estimate. Nevertheless, their help was invaluable, and they did this work with additional requests. We're grateful for their care and help and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cross-border relocation!

I honestly was impressed by the quality and friendliness of everyone working for this company! From the management to the movers everyone was professional and extremely pleasant. My previous two moves with other companies were disasters so I was a bit nervous about this last move. But all went well, from the beginning to the end! I would recommend this company to a friend. Communication is sharp, and the crew tailors their involvement to your needs (packing, wrapping, multi-day storage, etc.). They were clear with explaining the process for a cross border move (Montreal to New York). They were on time for pickup and delivery.

Incredible service from top to bottom. The crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and just downright awesome. Not a single extra scrape on the walls, and when there were concerns that all our stuff wouldn’t fit on one truck they Tetris-mastered it and got everything loaded. They handled the border crossing without issue and truly went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. They packed and unpacked my goods in an impressive speed. They were in my apartment in Montreal the next day while the large moving company could take as long as 20+ days. The cost was lower than their competitors and disclosed additional cost for border crossings which others didn't. And they keep their promises at all cost. 5 Stars!

They came on time and loaded all my stuff on tome and arrived on time. They committed for 2 person to load but considering time and urgency they called another 2 Helping hand and it was quick and easy for me. Thanks to Andrew and all Team members for all help.
