I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off day or bad luck. But instead of making moving easier, they simply added to my stress and frustration.ProsPrice - very reasonable, and well below what most other moving companies quotedEase of booking - could not have been better. A flat rate estimate based on the type of apartment I'm moving out of is a thousand times better than companies that require an itemized list, and all I had to do to confirm was send a quick email. They were even easy to reach when I realized after the fact that I had accidentally set the booking for the wrong day and were able to fix it, no questions asked.Customer Service - George and Andrew, both of whom I spoke to at different times to handle the booking and my concerns were both very friendly, polite, and responsive. When something was damaged in the move, they were happy and quick to help me and to offer me a discount on my final cost that was equal to the cost of the broken furniture.Cons:1) the moving team showed up more than an hour later than the agreed upon arrival window (should have been there between 9 and 10, did not arrive until 11:15)2) they were not careful with my belongings, over-stacking the dollies which caused them to tip, dropping boxes including ones marked "fragile" on multiple occasions, and stacking boxes labeled as "heavy" on top of boxes labeled "fragile." They used a couple of boxes to prop open the building door while they moved in and out and then left them there when they drove away and I had to retrieve them. The headboard of my bed was broken beyond repair (though at least they apologized immediately for that and provided money off the final payment to compensate). After they departed, I discovered that several items that I watched get loaded were missing.3) one of the two movers was on the phone almost constantly during the entire move, and both took a long time to return from the truck on each trip, so the move took much longer than I expected (both based on the estimate I was given and on comparison to similar previous moves). Which would barely be a blip on the radar, but for the fact that the company charges hourly.4) After I paid, the good customer service stopped. I reached out about the items I was missing, to see if they had been left in the truck and if there was any way to get them back if so, and was told that they would check and call me back. I never heard back from them.
