I had great experience with this moving company. I needed to move a large couch and a chair from Manhattan to Brooklyn and contacted them late in the evening. They responded promptly, letting me know it could be done the next day - very impressive!Both the pickup and drop-off locations had no elevators and narrow staircases, but the movers clearly knew what they were doing. They managed to carry my couch up four flights of stairs quickly.This is the best moving company I’ve ever worked with. I’m very pleased. Thank you!

I received excellent service from the outset from George, as I was weighing different moving service provider options, and received an accurate quote for the move through a home visit (which I later updated to include a full packing service) .In advance of the move, the team was able to provide clear instructions, set expectations and answer the many questions I had. My apartment has many glassware and other fragile items. On the day of the move, I received incredible service. The team worked quickly and carefully, and my items were wrapped to perfection and arrived in pristine condition, and were reassembled in my new home. My experience bringing my household goods from Massachusetts to Montreal with Orange Truck Movers was great. Everything happened very fast, and Andrew was in contact daily to ensure a smooth process. Other moving companies I contacted gave lower quotes but they were unsure about the customs process and did not inspire confidence. Orange Truck Movers guided me through seamlessly. One word of caution to anyone thinking about bringing household goods into Canada — don’t forget that you probably need to deal with your vehicle at the same time! OTM can guide you.

My partner and I worked with Orange Truck Movers for our one-bedroom apartment move from Toronto to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The move was seamless. Andre did an excellent job wrapping our furniture, and they were punctual for both the pickup and drop-off. The team was helpful with everything we requested and flexible with adjusting moving times as needed. The cost was flat, with no additional charges, which was a relief since we were initially concerned about that. We also found their pricing very fair compared to other companies.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

If you're looking for a full service cross country move don't look any further, Andre was super amazing not only did they move my stuff, I asked them for their help to move me and my dog as well, my dog is too chonky for flights and trains, they moved us as well Andrey who drove us was super nice and we enjoyed some really delicious Ukrainian snacks along the way. They flawlessly assembled and disassembled my furniture. They also move within the city and across the US and Canada huge shout out to Andre and his team, Artur, Andrey, Roman and Artem!!

I recently moved from NYC to Toronto, and Andrew and his team made my move a seamless experience.I had booked another moving company to do the move but they failed to show up on the agreed upon move date. Luckily Orange Truck Movers were able to help me with pretty short notice.The team is very knowledgeable about cross border moves, and guided me through filling out all the paperwork. While they were not able to undo or directly fix some of the issues I faced with my move, they did work with me to put things right, including by offering me a full refund, and a guarantee that if I ever use their service again, they will be more careful to avoid issues like this.I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off day or bad luck. But instead of making moving easier, they simply added to my stress and frustration.ProsPrice - very reasonable, and well below what most other moving companies quotedEase of booking - could not have been better. A flat rate estimate based on the type of apartment I'm moving out of is a thousand times better than companies that require an itemized list, and all I had to do to confirm was send a quick email. They were even easy to reach when I realized after the fact that I had accidentally set the booking for the wrong day and were able to fix it, no questions asked.Customer Service - George and Andrew, both of whom I spoke to at different times to handle the booking and my concerns were both very friendly, polite, and responsive. When something was damaged in the move, they were happy and quick to help me and to offer me a discount on my final cost that was equal to the cost of the broken furniture.

Great service and easy set-up. Communication was great and not pushy or salesy. The onsite moving team was very efficient, attentive, and careful of my belongings. These guys busted their butts like machines! They did a big move for me and was so nice. Anything I asked of them they did during this stressful time. They were so professional, strong, hardworking, fast and I was super amazed how they were able to bring things in out that were huge without damaging walls or breaking anything. I have never had such a great experience in all the hundreds of moves I had u til I contracted them. Awesome pricing and can’t believe they did it all in one day. The guys, both Andrey’s, Roman, Slavic, Omar, all of them were so nice and pleasant. I couldn’t honestly be more happier with their service. Don’t think twice about using anyone else. Others just charge an arm or a leg or destroy things or work with no care. This company is a godsend. They did everything A-Z for me. I will pick Orange Truck movers again for my next move. My move started at 10am and finished up at 10pm, we had many large or heavy items. I had a suitcase with 200lbs of kettlebells inside, and they had it down the stairs before I had the chance to suggest unpacking it. This move was a full day battle, and the moving crew fought until the end.To other people looking for a mover I would recommend a company that has a competitive flat hourly rate, with a reputation for doing good work. (like Orange Truck). I would avoid Itemized moves. They require more work to plan for each item, and you are more likely to end up with hidden costs at the end. I think a flat hourly rate is the most ethical and fair method to run a business like this.In addition to the crew putting in their best effort, management was extremely professional and helpful.

I’ve moved out of New York to the West Coast and had a fantastic experience with Orange Truck Movers. Alex was my point of contact and he explained in detail all the stages from preparation to actual dates of transporting and unloading my family's personal property, including a car. Communication was clear and professional, the date was scheduled and there were no delays. I met my moving team of 3 workers in Las Vegas to check the truck and car. They did a phenomenal job of packing my high-priced items and took extra steps to protect them during the several days of cross-country driving. I’d highly recommend OTM to anyone who is thinking about a long-distance move.

This was my second move with Orange Truck, and the service was superb. The movers were extremely respectful, careful, organized and diligent with all our belongings and completed everything in a timely manner. (We had a lot of stuff!) The business owner was also very communicative and made sure we had the proper COI forms needed for all buildings, and that we were happy with the service after it was done. I also called around for other quotes before hiring them, and they are indeed the best and most fair price you can get in the NYC area! I'm so happy with how everything turned out, I'll for sure be using them again.

This is my 23rd move and I have never had this great a moving experience! From the initial contact with Andrey to the end with Igor and his team, everything was seamless. Though their quote was more than reasonable, I originally hired another company who was a little less, and three days before my move, I trusted my gut that the Terms and Conditions of that company were a money grab. I contacted Andrey and he quickly moved their schedule around and made it happen, again, with only three days' notice, and he brought me boxes, packing paper and tape at no charge two days later as well as providing blankets and more supplies on moving day, all at no extra charge. Igor and his team were professional, extremely organized, competent and so attentive to protecting my furniture and ensuring my satisfaction. I can't recommend this company enough!
