While they were not able to undo or directly fix some of the issues I faced with my move, they did work with me to put things right, including by offering me a full refund, and a guarantee that if I ever use their service again, they will be more careful to avoid issues like this.I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off day or bad luck. A flat rate estimate based on the type of apartment I'm moving out of is a thousand times better than companies that require an itemized list, and all I had to do to confirm was send a quick email. They were even easy to reach when I realized after the fact that I had accidentally set the booking for the wrong day and were able to fix it, no questions asked.Customer Service - George and Andrew, both of whom I spoke to at different times to handle the booking and my concerns were both very friendly, polite, and responsive. When something was damaged in the move, they were happy and quick to help me and to offer me a discount on my final cost that was equal to the cost of the broken furniture.
